The Beautification Committee and the Board of Directors have selected Sherwin William paint "Cobble Brown" as the approved colour to paint decks.  Any new paint or stain must be in Cobble Brown.  If you are replacing a deck with a solid surface product such as Trex, an ARB application must be submitted, using a colour closely resembling Cobble Brown.
